Street Triple.
New kid on the block.
This is certainly a very eager combination of 675cc's indeed.
Whilst a triple for sure it bears few similarities with all the earlier triples I have sampled from 60's to date, mostly in its slight and light form, with seemingly endless power which turns on in an instant. In fact it can catch you out over sharp bumps when the throttle wrist makes an involuntary movement.
While it is no doubt technological progress of the type currently in favour with the buying market I find it a bit of a highly strung beast and somewhat lightly planted for my liking.
I guess my diet of heavier crankshafts and builds in general is showing...
